Cincinnati Reds vs. St. Louis Cardinals

Great American Ballpark

The 2021 APAI Summer Meeting kicks off Friday evening at the Great American Ballpark, widely regarded as one of the best major league ballparks in North America! In a heated National League Central matchup, the hometown Cincinnati Reds welcome the St. Louis Cardinals in what is sure to be a fun game.  All Summer Meeting attendees will receive a digital ticket to the game (emailed to you one week prior to the meeting), along with $20 in concession funds to be spent however you like.  After the game, stick around for the fireworks show (15 minutes after conclusion of game) – it won’t disappoint!

*Transportation to this event is on your own. The Roebling Suspension bridge, located right next to the Embassy Suites, provides an easy one mile walk to the Great American Ballpark. The Southbank Shuttle provides transportation from the Embassy Suites to the Great American Ballpark for a low-fare of $1/each way and runs throughout the game.

River Queen Dinner Cruise & Entertainment

Are you ready to party on the Ohio River? The highlight of the weekend will be our Saturday evening cruise aboard the historic River Queen with an open bar and dinner buffet. One of Cincinnati’s most sought-after party bands, The Sunburners, will entertain attendees with a playlist that will get your feet tapping (and maybe even dancing) as we cruise the Ohio River to views of the beautiful Cincinnati skyline. Cartoona Matata will be on hand creating custom caricature drawings so attendees have a souvenir to take home from this fun weekend. We haven’t forgotten the kids – a kids craft table will be set up on level two of the boat to allow the Summer Meeting’s youngest attendees the opportunity to create some fun projects.

*River Queen boarding time is 6:30 pm. The boat will depart promptly at 6:45 pm.
