The beautiful new Hilton Embassy Suites Notre Dame (1140 E. Angela Blvd, South Bend) serves as the hotel host for the APAI/IMAA Summer Meeting. Located just across the street from the University of Notre Dame, with sweeping views of the entire campus, the Embassy Suites is centrally located to all Summer Meeting events, as well as the newly completed Eddy Street Commons, full of great restaurants and boutique shopping. 

Educational programming will be held in Champion Ballroom on the first floor of the hotel both Saturday and Sunday mornings.

1 King Bed, 1 Room Studio Suite$179/night
1 King Bed, 2 Room Suite$184/night
2 Queen Beds, University View, 2 Room Suite$194/night

Hotel Rates include:

  • A spacious, 2-room suite, with bedroom and separate living room (with a full size sofa bed).
    • A family with one or two children may consider either king suite as both the studio suite and 2 room suite have a full-size pullout sofa. 
    • The 2 queen beds suite will sleep up to six with full-size pullout sofa.
  • Suite amenities include a mini refrigerator, microwave, wet bar, and two 49-inch TV's.
  • A complimentary made-to-order hot breakfast, served on the first floor in Traditions Restaurant each morning (7:30 - 10:30 am weekends).
  • A complimentary evening reception, with beer, wine and cocktails (5:00 - 6:30 pm).
  • Complimentary wireless internet access.
  • Hotel exercise room and indoor pool.
  • Complimentary garage parking with unlimited in and out privledges.
